Navigate to Dashboard → Wallet → Deposit. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Funds are credited to your account instantly.
No. There is no minimum deposit amount on WinBTC. You can add as little or as much as you like.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and select crypto currencies. Available methods may vary by region.
Most deposits are instant. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference.
Withdrawals
Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter the amount and select your withdrawal method. You can only withdraw to a previously used payment method for security.
The minimum withdrawal is $10. There is no maximum per transaction, however large withdrawals (over $500) may require identity verification.
Card withdrawals typically appear within 1–5 business days. Bank transfers take 2–5 business days. Crypto withdrawals process within 1 hour.
Withdrawals are reviewed for security before processing. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 5 business days, please contact support.
WinBTC does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Security & Verification
Yes. All wallet data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. We also apply fraud detection on every transaction.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is only required for withdrawals over $500 or if our fraud system flags unusual activity. Creating an account and playing never requires KYC.
A government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID card) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
No. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned and any balance forfeited.
