2. Account Registration
You may register one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans with forfeiture of any wallet balance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Wallet & Payments
WinBTC operates an in-game wallet system to facilitate participation in wagered game modes. Specifically:
- Funds deposited are credited to your WinBTC wallet and may be used to participate in paid game sessions.
- Winnings may be withdrawn subject to identity verification requirements and the minimum withdrawal threshold of $10.
- WinBTC reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- All transactions are final. Deposits may not be reversed once processed.
4. Fair Play
All game outcomes on WinBTC are generated by deterministic algorithms. Players agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or any automated tools during gameplay.
- Exploit bugs or glitches in the games or the platform.
- Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with game code.
Violations of Fair Play rules will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Intellectual Property
All games, content, and code on WinBTC are the exclusive property of WinBTC and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Termination
WinBTC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for breach, wallet funds may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinBTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
