Fair Play Policy

WinBTC is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. This Fair Play Policy defines the standards all players must adhere to and outlines how violations are handled.

1. How Games Work

A ll game logic on WinBTC runs on deterministic algorithms. Game states are computed server-side or validated server-side and every session is permanently logged. This means:

• No random number generator can be manipulated by players.
• Every score submission is verifiable against the game session log.
• Anomalous scores are automatically flagged for review.

2. Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account susp e nsion or permanent ban:

• Bots & Automation: Using scripts, macros, or a utomated tools to play games or submit scores.
• Bug Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bu g s or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Discovered bugs should be reported to support immediately.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or leaderboard rankings.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to play on your account, especially for the purpose of achieving scores.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent bans or gain additional bonuses.
• Cheat Software: Using memory editors, packet inte rceptors, or any other external software to alter game behaviour.

3. Score Disputes

If you believe a score on the leaderboard is illegitimate, you may submit a dispute via the Contact Us page. Include:

• The game name and approximate time of the suspicious score.
• The username of the player in question.
• Any supporting evidence or context.

All disputes are investigated within 5 business days. Our integrity team has access to full session logs to assess each case.

4. Enforcement

P enalties are scaled to the severity and frequency of the violation:

• Warning: Minor, first-time infractions may receive a formal warning.
• Score Removal: Illegitimate scores are removed from leaderboards without notice.
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor infractions result in a temporary account suspension (7–30 days).
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations resul t in a permanent ban with forfeiture of wallet balance.

5. Responsible Gaming

Fair play extends beyond cheating — we also care about your wellbeing. If you need to take a break from gaming, you can request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness behaviour you believe violates this policy, please report it. Your identity will be kept confidential. Responsible reporting helps keep the platform fair for everyone.
